In recent years Global fashion trends has become a subject of considerable debate. while some people believe that old type of fashion is better others believe that new genz fashion dressed up look Cool. This essay will examine both perspective before explaining why i believe that it is a positive
development.
To begin with, one of the pri many reasons why trends is become a famous because of the social media like Instagram, tiktok Lost of platforms like that influence people and attract. this is particularly important because global fashion icon like models artist singer whocuse to use those kinda dreses which is so aesthetic consequently people over into in.This demonstrates that fashion is a art.
Furthermore, another significant consideration is that old fashion like 90s in other words not bad its low-key fashion and manly not streets type.A good example of this can be seen in italy where People were old Money dresses as a result its 90s vibes emerging. Therefore, it is reasonable to argue that genz golabal Fashion trends so badass type.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
The response makes an attempt to address both questions: it identifies social media and fashion figures as influences, and states that the development is positive. However, the explanation is minimal and often difficult to interpret. The point about Instagram, TikTok, models and singers could explain how trends spread, but the link to people’s lives is not developed with a clear example. The discussion of 1990s and “old money” clothing does not clearly answer whether global fashion is positive or negative, and the conclusion is incomplete and contradictory. The response also falls 44 words short of the required minimum. To improve, explain the influence mechanism in detail, give a relevant example, and support a consistent judgement about its effects.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
There is a basic attempt to organise the response into an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and phrases such as “To begin with,” “Furthermore” and “In conclusion” signal stages of the essay. However, ideas are not arranged coherently enough for the reader to follow the argument. The first body paragraph moves from social media to fashion icons and then to “fashion is a art” without explaining the connections. The second paragraph shifts to Italy and 1990s clothing, but its relevance to the question is unclear. The final paragraph is unfinished and does not bring the discussion together. Build each paragraph around one clear point, explain it in sequence, and use linking phrases only where they show a genuine relationship between ideas.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The response shows some topic-related vocabulary, including “global fashion trends,” “social media,” “fashion icon” and “models,” so the reader can identify the general subject. However, the range is limited and informal expressions such as “Cool,” “badass” and “kinda” are not suitable for an academic essay. Several phrases are unclear or inaccurately combined, including “people over into in” and “old Money dresses,” which make the intended meaning difficult to recover. Spelling and word-form errors, such as “golabal” and “dreses,” also reduce precision. Aim for clear, formal collocations and use vocabulary that describes the effects of fashion, such as influence, promote, adopt and express identity.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The response attempts some longer sentence forms, including a contrast in the introduction and a cause-and-effect construction with “consequently.” However, control is weak: errors are frequent and sometimes obscure meaning. For example, “Global fashion trends has become” has subject–verb disagreement, while “why trends is become” uses an incorrect verb form. Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also unreliable, as in “In recent years Global fashion trends has become a subject of considerable debate. while…” Capitalisation is inconsistent, and the final sentence is incomplete. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then add subordinate clauses with correct verb forms and punctuation. Proofread each sentence to check that it has a clear subject and complete verb.
