A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

My Dear Sister,

I hope you are doing well and I am so happy that you are coming tomorrow in the morning. I wanted to let you know that unfortunately I will be not at home at that time because I have important meeting at work. But you don't be worried about at all. I will send my one of my best friend to get you from station. It will just take 15 mintues from station to my house. I am so sorry about that I cannot come but I am so happy that you are coming.

I will be home as soon as possible my meeting will be end up at 11:00 clock so then I will be home around 11:30 AM. And I made my plan evening plan that we will go out for dinner with water movie together and so on.
