A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Hey Rohan,
I hope you're doing well and having a safe journey. I'm looking forward to meet you at this weekends. Unfortunately, I won't be able to see you in the morning because I have work on that day.
Don't worry about getting in the house. I already made the arrangements. Actually, I gave a spare key to my neighbor, Mrs. Brown. He already know that you're coming and He gonna be happy to give you key and assist you if you need anything.
Most importantly, don't forget to call me when you reach at train station As I booked a taxi for you which will take you to my house. However, I just need to confirm your timing of your arrival with him so please give a call to me as possible as you reach at train station.
Hopefully, I will be home by 8 Pm and after that we'll go to one of the famous restaurant to eat and spend quality time. Before that make yourself in the home and take rest. I'm so thrilled to see you soon. Write back when you geta chance.
