A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Amneet,

Hope you are doing well.

I am writing this letter to inform you that I have urgent work on the day you are arriving. I am really sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to tell you that I will book taxi for you from the train station to the my home and information would send to you via link to your WhatsApp. The keys for the house door would be under the pot which is placed right in front of door.I have prepared your favourite meal and put in the fridge.I will arrive home in the evening, then we will go for walk and I will show my town. At 7 o’clock we will go a restaurant for dinner. Their food is delicious and you will enjoy the interior of it. That restaurant is very well maintained and have an enjoyable music system. I am very excited to meet to in the in evening.
