IELTS Writing Task 1 question

A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Raman,

Hope you are doing well! I was delighted to hear from you that you planned to visit me. Through this letter, I would share some guidelines that you would have to follow after reaching to my city.

As you know I am doing job in police department therefore I have always a busy schedule. Since you are reaching in the morning time, unfortunately I would not be able to attend you until evening. Either you can get my home keys from my Neighbor living left side of my home or you can press the buzzer code 2235# and the door will open Automatically.

For your convenience, I would like to book your taxi an hour before you arriving at the railway station which would be comfortable for you to reach my home without having any trouble. Honestly, I would try to reach at home early if possible and we will definitely enjoy our supper together.
