A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Student answer (Band 7.5)

Dear Rajesh,

I'm writing to inform you about my non-availability at home till evening.

I hope your're doing great. I'm delighted to hear that you'll come to stay at my home to spend your holidays. However, I've to attend a meeting, so I'll not be at home till dusk. But don't worry, I already informed my neighbours that you're coming and you can take the house keys from them.

Additionally, to reach home walk to the exit gate from terminal number 2 of the station. Book a taxi and tell them my address, which I already shared with you and the driver will directly drop you in front of my house.

Furthermore, I'll reach home by 7 in the evening. I've already made some plans which we'll achieve together. Initially, we'll have our dinner at an Italian restaurant and after that we'll enjoy the most famous ice-cream of the town and spend some quality time together by sharing the updates of our lives.
