A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Sumit,
I just received the news of your arrival in the morning, and I am very happy to hear it. Unfortunately, due to my final exam in the morning, I would not be there to review you.
However, I already made arrangements. My neighbour, Mohit has spare key to my house. He will give you the key once you arrive at the house. I also arranged a cab to receive you from the station. You just have to call the driver and he will take you to my house. I will send you his contact details in the morning.
In the meantime until evening, you can use the washroom to get a nice warm shower to get rid of the travel laziness and order some food. Following this, I got a nice TV, I would love if you can find a good program and spend some time until I came home.
In the evening, I will take you to the concert, where we can enjoy and dance.
