A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

• explain arrangements you have made for them to have keys and get into the house

Dear john,

I am really sorry that i am not able to pick you up today from the railway station. I got a call for an urgent meeting from my office even though I was on leave but I am the only person who is dealing with the current client that's why I have to go. I will be in touch and I will guide you so that you can reach home safely and you do not have to face any difficulties. I have given the keys to the society guard you can collect the keys from him, his name is Ram. As I won't be home until the evening.

When you will be on your last station you have to book a Uber and it will take hardly five minutes to reach station and 10 minutes to home.

Once I will be home will go to the a good place on dinner I have already booked for us. Till then take a good shower and take rest, I have make some snacks for you I know you must be hungry. See you soon my friend.
