A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Mahesh,

I hope this message finds you well, I regret to inform you that due to an emergency I will not be able to pick you from the station.

Recently, I came to know that today is the last day of paying the tuition fees, I just received a call from the administration and they said the amount which I paid only few days ago have not been completed due to a technical error and I have to come in person by tomorrow morning, As you know I was in Delhi and unfortunately I have leave right know for Chandigarh because it will take around 6-7 hours of drive.

Moreover, I have booked you a taxi service for you and given your phone number and also given your arrival timings and a photo for your identification, As soon as you arrive a pick up will be ready for you, Furthermore,I will be back by evening around 6-7 pm, So we can still hangout together for next few days and visit the locations and eateries as decided.
