Dear John,

I am super excited that you are coming to visit me. But unfortunately, I am unavailable until evening due to work pressure. However, I have handed over the house keys to my neighbour Sarla aunty, who can give you the keys so that you dont have to wait for me.

Regarding your transportation, I have scheduled an uber pickup and dropoff cab for you. So, once you arrive at the railway station, please call Ram, who is taxi driver, on his cell phone [redacted phone] and also provide an order id jk[redacted phone], and he will come to pick you up on time.

I will arrive home by 8pm, afterwards we will go to Sam Pizzeria, to eat street favourite famous pizza in the town. Also, I planned to watch a new Spiderman web series together late night.
