A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Sanvi,

I hope this letter finds you well. I expect you are excited same as me as we are meeting after such a long time.

I am writing to inform you about placement of keys. I would be at work when you arrive. I just remember when i got your ticket confirmation mail from railway office. As you are coming to Bangalore for the first time just making sure you don't panic.

Your train will arrive on platform no. 3, once you arrive take escalator from your left hand side and directly go to the whole right corner you will reach the local transport station from there you can get the conveyance facility easily. After that reach to my given address and call my neighbor she will provide you with my home keys.

Please feel comfortable to use my bedroom and also have some snacks i have already kept on the kitchen. I have planed a dinner at famous restaurant. Hope you are excited to try their authentic dishes.
