Dear Matthew,
How're you? Hope this letter finds you well. I'm very excited that you are coming to stay with me. I apologize that I couldn't come to pick you up from railway station. I am stuck at office and I could only come home tomorrow evening.
As you are reaching in the morning, I made all the arrangements for you. You can get the access to the house by keys that I left under the red pot near the main gate. You can easily found them; once you entered the house just messaged me. Moreover, I already prepared breakfast for you, eat it and get some rest.
My house is near to the train station. My address is 5 Collin wood drive, Brampton. You need to follow google map and it's just a five minutes walk from the station.
Once I come home, we'll go out for dinner and have fun. I'll show you how bustling my city looks like in evening with colourful lights and various road shows organized by the locals.
I can't wait to see you in person. Let's meet and made some new memories together.
