IELTS Writing Task 1 question
A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Hi Kuli,
I'm very happy to hear that your are coming to my home to stay for few days as you mentioned that you will arrive on 2nd of september in the morning, but that day I would not be available as i already scheduled very important meeting that I cannot cancel at any cost.
However, I already made a plan for you as I have my close friend Raman she is free that day and get ready to pick-up you from station and I will handover home keys to as well. So, it will be convenient for you. once you arrive home, you can take rest until that time I will be there around 3pm. then we can easily spent evening together and will go outside.
I have some plans for evening as i already bought movie tickets and after watching your favourite movie we will go for dinner in 5 star hotel. It would be lovely evening.
Thank you so much for your understanding AND I hope you will not mind that I would not be there to pick up you.
