A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Dave,

I hope you are doing well. I remembered you told me that you are inviting me in your summer holidays. I have made myriad of arrangement for your arrival at train station but unfortunately I am not available to pick you up from station. Our house key is in mail box and I have prepared some refreshments for you and they are in the freezer.

I have booked an taxi for you to travel home from railway station. Taxi will drop you at fairway road as it is not operating in our local area, so from the fairway street, my friend will recevie you.

I will complete my work duties by evening, so once I will reach home we do multiple things together. I have bought Ps game for you, we will play that game after dinner and in next morning, we will visit park with our cousins and enjoy a movie in evening at nearby theatre.
