A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

• explain arrangements you have made for them to have keys and get into the house

Hi welson

Hope this letter finds you well. It's very exciting news that you are arriving by the train in this morning. Unfortunately I will not be at home until the evening.

But I have made some special protocols for you. The spare home key is already given to the neighbour Ali. He lives next to my door at 151 Sapphire block park view villas Lahore. He will be expecting you.

Once you arrived at the train station. Take a nearby speedo bus no 21 and it will reached directly to my house nearby stop. Otherwise take a taxi it will come directly in ten minutes.

After entering the house take it as yours. I will complete my daily bases take rapidly to come home in the evening. We will dine together some special Pakistani cousine at nearby restaurant. Hopefully you will enjoy the taste here.we will have more fun together.
