A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Arsh,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to you inform you that I would not be at home until evening. I have done all the possible arrangements as you are coming to stay with me, and you'll be arriving early in the morning.

I have hand-overed the residence's keys to the neighbor who lives next-door on the left. She will assist you in entering the house. Additionally, she will give you drinks and serve breakfast. Later, you can take nap to get rid from your tiredness.

The most important thing that I would like to mention is that you must take auto to reach home from the train station. Give the home address to the auto driver and he will drop you at the gate with convenience.

I'll be back to home at 4:30 pm. I have planned to take you to the famous mall in the city and do shopping there. Then, we would have a dinner at Punjabi restaurant. Lastly, we'll sit together in nearby park and have fun.
