Dear Tom,
Hope you are doing well.
I am writing this letter to inform you regarding the arrangements i have made for your arrival. Firstly, i checked your arrival at railway station would be at 10’o clock but at 9am i have an urgent meeting to attend afterwards, due to my office duties i will not be able to meet you in morning time. Secondly, i informed to one of my friends that he is going to pick you from station and will leave you at home as well he will give you Keys of house.
New clothes and towels i put in the living room wardrobe, you might will take shower first after long journey and then enjoy food. Moreover, i have prepared two three cuisine for you which i will put in refrigerator. Furthermore, i know you love to play video games so i setup everything in the living room. I will come back at 4pm and then we will go for your favourite movie tickets i already booked.
