IELTS Writing Task 1 question

A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

• explain arrangements you have made for them to have keys and get into the house

Dear Inderpal

I am writing this because i wouldn't be at home this morning. I got an urgent work of office, due to that i have to go outside of the city.

I have done some arrangements for you to get inside the house. My friend Anmol lives right by my house and he is off from work today. I told him to bring you the keys of my house so you can relax until i came home. There would be some snacks in fridge for you.

When you will be outside the train station you can go to the bus stop on the other side of the road and can take bus F9 after 8 stops you can leave bus and then you can walk for five minutes and you will be at home.

I will be home by 6'o clock. We can either go for a movie or stay at home and try some imported whisky from the Italy.
