Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

You have addressed all three bullet points of the task effectively. You explained the key arrangements, provided clear instructions regarding the driver, and specified your arrival time along with a suggestion for the evening. The tone is appropriate for a letter to a family member, maintaining a friendly and informal register throughout. The ideas are well-developed and easy to follow. To reach a higher band, ensure that all parts of the prompt are addressed with equal depth; for instance, you could have elaborated slightly more on the specific activity you planned for the evening to make the invitation feel more personal and complete.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter is logically organized, with each paragraph focusing on a specific requirement of the task. You use basic cohesive devices such as 'Initially', 'Secondly', and 'Moreover' to signal the progression of your ideas. While the structure is clear, the flow between some sentences is slightly mechanical. To improve, try to vary your linking words and ensure that referencing is always precise. For example, in the second paragraph, the transition between the neighbor's son and the keys is clear, but the overall paragraph structure could benefit from more sophisticated transitions to improve the natural flow of the text.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for this task, successfully conveying your message. You use some appropriate phrases like 'busy schedule' and 'face any difficulty'. However, there are several instances of awkward word choice and minor errors, such as 'coming at my home for stay' (should be 'coming to stay at my home') and 'I have did all the arrangements' (should be 'I have made'). These errors do not impede communication, but they do limit the precision of your writing. Expanding your vocabulary to include more natural collocations would help elevate your score.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, which is appropriate for this task. However, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with verb tenses and subject-verb agreement, such as 'I will not came' instead of 'I will not come' and 'I have make sure' instead of 'I have made sure'. Additionally, there are some punctuation issues, such as '4.oopm' and inconsistent capitalization. While these errors are noticeable, they do not prevent the reader from understanding your meaning. Focusing on proofreading for basic tense consistency and verb forms will significantly improve the accuracy of your writing.
