Dear John,
I hope you are doing well. I am delighted to hear you will be visiting to see me. Unfortunately, I have work on Monday morning but I will be joining you in the evening when I return from work.
I have made all the arrangements prior to your arrival. You can find the keys to the house under the right flowerpot on the porch. I have also prepared your room, which will be upstairs to your right and I have arranged all the essentials you will need for your stay.
I have also booked you a taxi in advance, the driver will be there to pick you up from the train station. His mobile no. [redacted phone] and he drives a white Mazda. He knows the address for my house, but for your knowledge it will be the last corner house on Baker street i.e, 211 Baker street.
I do apologize, as I won’t be there to welcome you but I will be back around 6:00 PM. I was thinking we could go out for dinner as there is a spectacular restaurant near my house which has international cuisine.
