Dear Jane,
I am overjoyed to know that you're coming to stay with me for next two weeks. Unfortunately, I didn't get off from work for Saturday when you'll be arriving, but don't worry, I'll be with you throughout rest of your stay here.
As I've to leave home for work by six in the morning and you'll be reaching at local train station around 8 am so I'd not be able to pick you up. However, what I can do to make sure you come home and rest when I am away, I can pass the house keys to my neighbor Teena so when you arrive, just collect the keys from her to unlock the main door. I will prepare some vegetarian sandwiches for your breakfast before I leave and will keep those in the fridge for you.
My best advice is to hire a Taxi from the station to my house as it only cost $10 and is convenient especially when you're tired. Bus No. 22 usually arrive there at 8:10am if you arrive on time then try catching that bus as it will drop you right at the front door of my house.
I will meeting you at home by 7 PM as I have to buy some groceries after work and then we will go to the Harbor where I'll show you a famous restaurant and we will have dinner there.
