IELTS Writing Task 1 question
A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.
explain arrangements you have made for them to have keys and get into the house
tell your relative how to get from the train station to your house
say when you will be home and suggest what you could do together that evening

Dear Rajiv
Hope you are doing well, I get to know that you are coming on 12 august for staying here. unfortunately I wouldn't be available at home on that day as i am having my client meeting which will be on the whole day.
But I will arrange everything for you and we will meet at night. When you arrive at train station you need to take a bus no 10 which would be going from station to city centre. you need to exit the bus at last stop. From bus stop you put my address which is 12 king st, brampton which you will find three blocks away you can easily walk from bus stop to reach there.
once you reach you will find a floor matt saying welcome , keys are just under it just unlock and the entire house is ours. you can put your stuff in room beside living area.
I would be at home around 7 pm be ready by that time we will go to restaurant for dinner. Have a safe travel. If you find things hard for you just give me a call.
