IELTS Writing Task 1 question

A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

• explain arrangements you have made for them to have keys and get into the house

• tell your relative how to get from the train station to your house

• say when you will be home and suggest what you could do together that evening

Dear Sarah,

I am happy to hear that you're visiting my place in the morning . I am sorry to let you know that I will not be able to catch up with you till evening due to an important meeting .

I have given my house keys to the security guard . You can grab from him to get into the house . please let me know if you face any difficulty.

I also made a breakfast for you please have it .

Once you arrived the train station , take a 505 bus to reach my home by telling them about the main intersection Mavis and Derry . The bus driver will drop you and you can arrive within the 2 minutes walking distance to my place. You can easily found the 470 house number .

I will reach home by 6 pm , then we will go for a walk and enjoy street food near in the plaza and also enjoy the movie.
