IELTS Writing Task 1 question

A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

• explain arrangements you have made for them to have keys and get into the house

• tell your relative how to get from the train station to your house

• say when you will be home and suggest what you could do together that evening

Hi Diani,

I hope you are doing well. I am so happy to see you soon. And as I will be at home until evening, I would like to share some instruction with you in advance in order to you take a train in the morning.

Everything has been arranged, you can get into the house so easy. First, once you arrive to the station, you will need to take the train purple that always leave every 30 min and goes to north direction. They are just tree stops, in the third you get out the train, and a soon as you leave the station you will be able to see the white house, and walk toward there, and you only have to go behind the green bin located beside the main door to collect the keys.

Please, you can feel as your own home, take a shower and resting, I have cooked some food for you and they are kept in the refrigerator. I will be there around 6pm, please be ready we will have a wounderful evening together, I have fixed many exciting activities for us.

I can not wait for seeing you.
