A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Sarah,

I am super excited for our reunion after such a long time. I know that I promised you to pick you up from the station. But unfortunately, an unforeseen meeting with clients at the work has came up that day. Therefore, I would be able to come at the station.

However, I have requested my friend to pick you up. I will share his details and phone number with you so that you can recognize him. I have made some arrangements for you to get into the house. Keys will be under the doormat and some snacks will be in the kitchen.

Meeting will be ended up at 6pm and then I will see you. Meanwhile, you can get fresh and have some foods. I have planned some activities in the evening for us. We will enjoy dinner at restaurant.

I hope you understand and see you soon.
