A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Krunal,

I hope you are doing good. I am writing this letter to give you some instructions about the house when you reach at my place.

Unfortunately, I have to go office for my meeting at 9.00am I will be not able to come for your pickup. However, I have setup arrangement for you so you can rest proper;y. I gave my house key to Mr. sharma and he lives right beside me. When you get there just tell your name he will give you the key.

Moreover, I am sending my address to you so you can reach easily to my house. As I know it is only 15 minutes far from my place and you will easily get auto from railway station.

I will be at home by 6.00pm and later will go out for food. There is recently new indian restaurant has opened so will go there to enjoy food.

I am looking forward to seeing you.
