Hello Arsh,
I am writing this letter to express my happiness on your stay with me. However, I won’t be able to pick you up from the station due to my hectic schedule. But I have made some arrangements and would like to explain the situation.
Firstly, I have emailed you my address and contact details of my neighbour. His name is Mr. Smith, he will give you the keys of my house. Additionally, I have already cooked your favourite meal, you will find it in the upper section of the refrigerator.
I know this is the first time of you travelling in this city and you may find it difficult to reach home. Although, the city has the best public transportation, I have pre-booked the taxi service and details have been sent to your email.
In addition to this, I am planning to book a movie tickets for both of us, and after that we will go out for the dinner in a five star restaurant.
I hope you will enjoy this trip and it will become the memory of your life.
