Hello, xyz

I am so happy that we will meet after many years, and I cannot wait to see you. But when you reach my town, unfortunately I will not be able to pick you up from the station. For some reason, I have an essential meeting with my client, so I have to go out of town, and I will be home in the evening. I apologize for this; I hope you understand.

One more thing: when you arrive at the station, do not worry about how you can get to my house; I know this is a new town for you. One of my cousins will come to the station, and he will be waiting for you. I gave him your number and picture so he will find you quite easily. He will pick you up and drop you off at home. He also has my house keys to get you inside my residence, where you can rest.

When I arrive at the house, we will have lots of talk and then will go outside for dinner. I know you like Mexican food, so we will go to the best Mexican restaurant in town; after that, we will walk on the street where you can see downtown and the astonishing lights, get back to home.
