Dear Tia,
I hope you are doing well. I apologize about not being able to pick you up from the station on the day of your arrival due to some urgent work. But I would make sure to be home as soon as possible.
I have got the keys to the neighbour name Mr. Smith who lives next door you can collect those from him. Also, I will make sure to get the food ready and keep it in the microwave so that you don't have to worry about it when you reach. I will kept the towels and essentials in bathroom for you. You can take some rest while I'm not here.
When you reach the Union station take, the subway to The Queenways that would be number 27 subway. Get off the subway at the Minet's station which would be the 8th station from the Union Station. You can use your train tickets to get on the subway as they accept it. When you reach the Minet's station, make sure to come out of from left side and take the first left. You will see the William' way, you just have to walk five house there would be the Mr. Smith's house. You can collect the keys from there and the sixth house in mine.
I would be home by 3 or 4 pm. We will then go to the best cafe of the town and I will make you try the best coffee there. Then we can go to the beach. We can go to the finest dinner restaurant in the town which serves best India food. Then we can to club if you want and I will invite my friends to there. If not, we can come home and have movie night together.
I am really sorry for not being able to pick you up from the station.
