Student answer (Band 6.5)

Dear Mom,

I hope this letter finds you in the pink of health. I am writing this letter to inform you that perhaps I would be having semi-final match of cricket on the day of your arrival but I have already made all the arrangements for your convenience.

Unfortunately, I am having a tournament on the same day when you would be arriving here. Apologies that I would not be able to come to pick you up at the station, as I would have already left by the time you de-board the train. But, do not worry, I have already checked the train is going to arrive on platform 01 so once you reach, there would be taxi booth called "Bharat Taxi" at the exit. Below, I would share my address, you purchase the ticket by providing necessary details and then they would safely drop you at the destination.

Furthermore, I would leave the keys under doormat. I have already told my neighbour aunty to cook meal for you in lunch, spend time together until I am back and later in the evening will take you to an amazing restaurant for dinner.

I have attached necessary details below. See you soon, Mom. Have a happy and safe journey.
