Dear sita,
I am writing this letter to inform you that i wont be at house when you will be arriving in the morning.
I hope you are feelling fine. I put the keys in the mail box which is located left side on the main gate. There is two pair of keys. One key is for main door and other one is for guest room which is your room.
The address of home is 174 castlebury meadows drive . The postal code is R2R2A5. I already schedule the taxi for you. It will pick you from station and drop you off at house. I booked the premium taxi for you .The driver will help you to load and unload your bagpacks.
I will be home around 6:00 pm. Afterthat, we will go to cinema to watch to a movie and will do dinner outside in 5 star restaurant. If you want to go somewhere else we can change the plan.
See you soon.
Your love,

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0
You have successfully addressed all three bullet points in the prompt. You clearly explained the key arrangements, provided the address and transport instructions, and outlined your evening plans. The tone is appropriate for a letter to a family member. To reach a higher band, ensure that all details are fully developed; for instance, while you mentioned the taxi, you could have briefly explained why you chose that method or provided more specific instructions on how to identify the driver. Overall, the response is well-focused and meets the requirements of the task effectively.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The letter follows a logical progression, with each paragraph focusing on a specific requirement of the task. The use of basic cohesive devices like 'Afterthat' and 'If you want' helps the reader follow your ideas. However, the transitions between sentences are sometimes a bit mechanical. To improve, try to use a wider variety of linking words and ensure that your paragraphing is consistent. For example, the opening and closing salutations are present, which is good, but ensure that the internal flow between sentences is smoother to avoid a choppy feel.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You have a sufficient range of vocabulary to communicate your message clearly. You use relevant terms such as 'postal code', 'premium taxi', and 'load and unload'. However, there are some minor inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'I wont be at house' (should be 'at home') and 'do dinner' (should be 'have dinner'). To improve, focus on using more natural collocations and expanding your range of descriptive adjectives. The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the precision and flexibility required for higher bands.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation. Examples include 'I put the keys' (should be 'I have put' or 'I will put'), 'There is two pair of keys' (should be 'There are two pairs'), and 'watch to a movie' (should be 'watch a movie'). Additionally, there are issues with capitalization, such as 'i' and 'sita'. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and consistent use of articles will significantly improve your accuracy and help you reach a higher band.
