IELTS Writing Task 1 question

A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

• explain arrangements you have made for them to have keys and get into the house

• tell your relative how to get from the train station to your house

• say when you will be home and suggest what you could do together that evening

Dear Mayank,

I hope that you are doing well. I am writing this letter to let you know that due to important work trip I will not be able to pick you up from the train station or be at home until evening.

I had made plans. You can find house keys right beside red postbox inside a yellow lock box to open it ,you have to put in passcode which is 3456. Moreover, do not worry about breakfast as I already prepared your favourite dish Poha and put it inside microwave along with cutlery. The most important thing is that you take a Rickshaw ride to the bus terminal and caught number 8 from that which will lead you to the Sitanagar Chowkdi station following that straight walk to north and in about 50 meters you will find the HK palace on your right hand side.

When I will be at home. I am planning that we both should visit a famous Rajasthani restaurant and try their most selling item 'Dalbati'.
