A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Gurpreet,

I am excited to hear that you are coming to stay with me . I would be so happy that I will pick you from the station but unfortunately I will not be at home until evening because I have an important meeting in office . But you don’t worry as the station is very near from my home you can easily book a taxi or take a bus .Moreover, I will leave the house keys with my neighbour, Mrs.Saggu, who lives next door. You can collect the keys and make yourself comfortable in the home. I should be back at 9 PM and we can have dinner together when I will be back . Please let me know your train arrival so that I can make the necessary arrangements for you.
