A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Uncle and Aunty,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you that I will not be available for the pick up from the railway station.

So, I made the arrangements of yours from the station to home by taxi, which I will going to book online cab for you, once you arrived at the station. Moreover, I talked to my neighbor and they will give you home keys to get into house and prepare a tea for you to get refreshed.

Furthermore, once I completed my conference meeting, I will reach to home as soon as possible on an around 6 pm. Since, you can have a rest. I would like to take you at Zoo beach which is well-known place here, from there we will head to the restaurant for the dinner. Finally, get back to home.

I am eagerly waiting to meet you after long time. If you need anything just give a call.
