A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Alex,
I am writing to inform you about my unavailability in the house until the evening and where to find the keys to entre the house.
I have kept 3 different keys under the pot in front of the main gate. The big key with number 23 is for the Main entrance gate, the green colour key is for garden entrance and the small key is for your room. Additionally, I have made green sauce pasta for you and you can also find additional food and drinks in the fridge. Please make yourself at home.
I understand it may get difficult for you to reach home from train station. I suggest you either take bus number 302 or tram to the Radstock bus stop and from there take first left. After walking for 5 minutes, you will find a big brown house with number 3451A.
My conference will get finished by 6:00 pm and I would try to reach by 7:00 pm or as soon as possible. Moreover, after reaching home, we will cook your favourite dish together, watch a Hollywood movie and will also go for strolling at nearby park.
I hope you meet you soon and spend some quality time together.
