A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Raman

Hope so you are doing well I am writing this letter to let you know that you are arriving on my work day . However, I have decided to take day off but my manager didn’t approve yet . So I will tell you everything on time .

As you are arriving early in the morning so after that we have direct train service from airport to home . Therefore , it will be easier for you to arrive on time without waiting for me , but I will left keys under the box outside just left side the door. So you can open and rest at home .

Apart from that , I will bring everything for you in the evening time so will enjoy together and have food outside . After that we will go for movie . And rest of that we will decide together after getting home .
