A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Aunty ,
I hope you are doing well . I saw your massage you are coming on my place to stay with me , I am very glad as well as excited to see you from the long time.
To commence with, Unfortunately I am not at my place because of some office work, I another city near by but I will be there in the evening .So I already gave my keys to my neibhourhood for you then after you will reach you can get that keys from them.
Moreover, I know you are arriving by train in the morning ,So you do not have to wait any transport beacuse one of my friend he will be there before you arrived ,even you do not worry about how he will know about you there ,I alerady give him to your phone number.
Well, I will be coming at home in the evening after that we can go outside for dinner .
