A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Ruban,

Hi! How are you? As you mentioned that you are coming to visit me this weekend, I am so excited to meet you, but unfortunately, I will not be able to receive you, as I have to attend an important meeting.

I have made all the arrangements. The house key is under the big flowerpot in front of the door; you can use this to enter the house. As my house is near the GO station, you can take the Union GO train to reach Brampton. After that you can book Uber or can walk home, as it is only a 30-minute walk from the station.

I am sorry I couldn't receive you from the airport. I will try to return home as soon as possible. I will arrive home around 3 pm. You can get changed and have a meal, which I prepared and kept in the fridge. After I come from work, we can go to Caledon, which is a very beautiful small town, and have small cafes where we can enjoy coffee and spend some time together.
