A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Fatehveer,
I hope you are doing well. I am very glad that you are coming here to meet me tomorrow in the morning, unfortunately I have some important meetings on that day that is why i will come until evening .
I already give my extra home keys to my neighbour and house number is 102, which is totally opposite to our home. So you could easily collect it from there and i also made some snacks for you before going at home.
As your train comes at 7.00am, so I already booked your cab that will come on time to pick you. Due to my work i cannot come there, sorry for that.
I will be come around 5.00pm, I bought our movie tickets and I plan to go outside to have dinner together and it gives us an opportunity to talk about the memories of our childhood.
