A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Nav,

I hope you are doing well. Few days before, my mother told me that your cousin brother would arrive to our home by train on upcoming Monday but on that day, there would be my friend marriage which must be essential for me to visit as she is my best friend. So evening is the best period to meet you as I would be already enjoying that day till 3:00 P.M. My mother sometimes does shopping. Due to sunny days, she usually go in the evening. If she would be not present at home and you would arrive early, please knock the door of our neighbour to take home keys from them and stay indoor to have pre-prepared sandwich with juice which would be stored in the fridge. If you want to take shower and afterwards want to take a rest, you can use my air-conditioned room next to kitchen.

I would arrange the cab for you which would carry you from train station to our location at 2:00 P.M. I love to pay for your travel expenses, so don't worry. I would be at home around 4:00 P.M and have dinner together at nearby East village and enjoy to purchase clothes available on discount.
