Dear Auntie,
I hope you're doing well. I'm really delighted to hear that you are finally visiting us in Ludhiana on Friday 24. Unfortunately, due to some business meeting I won't be home until the evening, but I've made some arrangements at home for your convenience.
I'll left the spare keys under the door mat at the entrance door to get into the house. Furthermore, I'll make some delicious sandwiches for you and keep in the fridge, please don't forget to have it . As far as your pick up from train station is concerned, you don't need to worry at all because I've booked a taxi for you in advance.
I'll be at home around 6 p.m. in the evening, and them we'll spend our quality time together. I'll take you not only to explore new restaurant, but also to shopping mall later on. Moreover, I also get a day off next day from the office, so next day we'll visit to the Zoo park.
I can't wait to meet you. Hope to see you soon!
