A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Jass,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to be aware you about the arrangements for you to have keys and get into the house.

Firstly, I am so happy when I know about that you will coming to stay with us. Unfortunately, we cannot welcome you due to our close-ones birthday party. We will hide our house's keys in our mailbox front side of house, so you can easily entre in the house.

Moreover, from the train station to our house you can come by taxi, bus or even you can walk since our house is just few minutes away from city. Furthermore, to make mood fresh and active I decide to play some games after arriving at home in the evening. We will also enjoy dinner together. At last I am so exicting to meet you soon. I also look forward to hearing a prompt response from you .
