IELTS Writing Task 1 question

A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Sam,

I hope you are doing well. I'm writing this to tell you that I won't be available in the morning. I will be at work until evening cause it's my company's project delivery day.

I had given the apartment keys to my uncle Harry you can call him and he will come and give you the keys. Once you are inside all the main switches are on your right, behind the door. The WiFi password is [redacted phone] and also you can use bathroom and T.V. . You can sleep on the couch or at the guest room that is right beside my room.

I have already send you the number of my friend who will be picking you up from the train station. His name is Saif, and you don't need pay him. I told him to make a stop at the Altr cafe.

I will be home around 6:30 PM and after that we can cook food or else we can you out for dinner. Just let me know so that I can make reservation. Have a safe travel, see you soon.
