Dear Relative,
Hope you are doing good. I am so glad that you will be visiting my town and I am looking forward to meet you after three long years.
I am writing to inform you that on the 21st of May, I have to attend an unavoidable meeting with a client, in my office in the morning. Consequently, I won't be able to meet you at the Railway Station. However, you can easily find a taxi outside the Station and I am sending you the address of my house where you have to reach.
Once you reach home, you will find the keys under the flower pot near the door. Go inside, relax and freshen up. After that you will find the bowl of your favourite pasta in the fridge. You can easily heat in the microwave in the kitchen. I hope you still love it as much as you loved it three years back. After the meal you take a nap as you would be tired after the long journey; and by the time you wake up, I will be right there, beside you.
After that, we will have lunch together and then later I will take you to the nearby lake where we will spend the afternoon watching sunset together and then later we will have dinner at my favourite restaurant.
Looking forward to do a lot of exciting things and spending a great time with you, for the next couple of weeks.
