A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear sister,

I hope you are doing well!

I am writing to inform you that I have an urgent appointment with my doctor for tomorrow. As you already know I had typhoid before, and I am getting that symptoms again. It is very urgent for me to talk to my doctor and he said you should come tomorrow at 1:00 pm, So I have to go there. I know that you are coming tomorrow morning but I will not be able to pick you from your station.

I will guid you how to reach home. I will book a ride for you and you will reach home within 20 minutes. I will give keys to our neighbors and after reaching you can call me so that I can inform them that you reached. They will give you keys and help you with your suitcases. After that I will reach home at 6:00 pm. You can take rest until I reach home. We will go for dinner outside.

I hope you will understand my situation. I wish you all the best for your flight.
