A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Anu,

I hope yopu are doing well. I'm so happy that you are coming here to stay with me but, I will not be able to pick you up from the railway station as I will be away for work so I'll see you in the evening.

I talked to the neighbour who is living on the same floor, where I live the house keys which you can collect from them. They are elderly couple who is very kindly and helpful neighbours, also you can ask them for any help.

I have spoken to my friend Darshit who will come for pick up and I messaged you his contact number with his photographs which will help you to find him easily. Additionally, I also send him your train ticket details from mumbai to ahmedabad so I hope he will be their on time.

Since, I have some task to complete before end of this month, however I will try to come early as soon as possible in the evening. If you are not tired from your journey then we can go for nice dinner together and hang arround in the city.

I'm very much excited to see you and have a happy journey.
