A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Pradeep,

Hope your are doing good. After a long time going to meet you. I'm writing this letter to inform you that, due to unforseen circumstances at working place, I won't be there at railway station to pick you up, but I will reach home by evening.

The landlord has spare keys for room, as soon as you reach the location collect it from owner. I gave enough information on your arrival, so that it will be easy for you to get keys of room and freshup since you were travelled across long distance.

Pradeep immediatley after reaching kazipet railway station, walk outside station and reach near by busstand and take ticket to beeramguda,it will charge you 25rs/-. Get down at beeramguda busstop, from mainroad take first left near gandhi statue, the third building with yellow exterior is the place here you need to go. I also informed same to owner.

As soon as my seminar is finished at my compnay, I will start to home it is around 20 km from my workplace to home. I will reach there by 6pm in the evening.In the evening, we will go to Hanuman Ansh movie which was recently released, after that will eat outside in famous restaurant "The Paraside" and reach home by 11pm.
