A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Sarah,

I got your letter where you told me about your upcoming visit at my place during the holiday season. I`m writting this letter to tell you that unfortunately, i wont be home at the time of your arrival to welcome you.

However, i`v made certain prior arrangemts for your stay at my place so that you don`t have to bother about it when you reach home. You can ask my next-door neighbour who lives in the appartment- 401 and tell your name. She should hand you over the house keys.

When you reach the train station, you can simply book a cab which shoud take not more than 10 mins to drop you at my location as i live closeby. My house address is 1458 W Elmdale ave WA, Seattle.

I will certainly reach home around 5PM in the evening. I wish i could be there to attend you at the station but i happen to have a very important business meeting the same day, which i unfortunately can`t postpone either. Anyway, when i come home we can kick back and have some quality time by watching our favourite show "Friends" and ordering food from your favourite burger joint and after that we can wind up the night by soaking up some drinks later, if you feel like it.

Can`t wait to meet you in person since, its been a very long time.
