A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Sona,

I hope you are doing splendidly. I am so excited to see you. Unfortunately, I won' t be able to come and pick you up from the railway station in the morning due to an unplanned meeting that I have to attend today. I have given the spare key of my apartment to our neighbour,Nandu of apartment 12 C. I have kept your breakfast in the refrigerator. Please feel free to have it

Moreover, I have arranged a taxi from the railway station to our apartment at 9.15 AM. I believe, you will reach here by 9.00 AM. After getting down from the train, take the elevator to the second flour, there is a coffee shop on your right side. You can wait there for 10 mintutes, the driver will come and pick up up from there.

I will be home by 5.00 PM. We can go for a movie tonight and will have the dinner from outside. We can go to your favorite italian restaurent, Scadabush.
