A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Sam,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to let you know that I will be in my office, during your visit at my home.
I will mention this to our security guard so you can easily reach my flat. Also, I will leave my room keys under the door mat at the front door for your convenience. I also leave some snack for you while i am away.
Once you arrive at the train station, give me a call or text. I will book a ride home for you, so you don’t have to waste time looking for a map or taxi.
After finishing the work, I will come home and we’ll have some fun together. I will bring your favourite ice cream. We’ll also have dinner at night, and then we’ll go for a walk by the lake.
I hope you’re as excited as I am to meet you. I look forward to seeing you soon and thank you for visiting.
